What 引导路径 seeks to achieve.
推进股权: Removing barriers that today’s students face, particularly students of color, first-generation students, students from low-income backgrounds, 和 working adults.
Transform Institutions: A highly structured, comprehensive approach to systemic change to improve students’ attainment of skills, credentials, 和 socioeconomic mobility. 它是建立在 principle that everything can 和 should change.
重新定义准备: Fundamentally shifting the conversation about what it means to put students first, encouraging colleges to focus on their readiness for students rather than students’ readiness for college.
设计支持: Recognizing that students need more than financial support 和 resources to be successful. It allows colleges to recognize 和 holistically support students’ academic 和 non-academic 需要.
